PassageX is the first secondary ticket network to eliminate fraudulent tickets, even giving consumers the ability to check the validity of ANY ticket, online or in-person, in real time.
PassageX utilizes a combination of private (PassageX Ticket Ledger) and public (Ethereum, STEEM, Expanse, and more on the way) blockchain technology. This combination keeps the PassageX Network secure, transparent, and open to use for every secondary ticket sale.
Finally: venues, artists, and producers can benefit from EVERY sale, not just the primary ticket sales. PassageX allows for unlimited (required) service fee splits.
Primary Ticketing
When a ticket is purchased, the primary ticketing company records that ticket on the PassageX Network.
Primary Customer
The customer can then go to any marketplace on top of the PassageX Network to register their ticket as available for resale. That ticket is then shown as an available ticket on any markets it's allowed.
PassageX Network
Any tickets listed on the PassageX Network can be checked for validity by anyone using a PassageX Explorer App. These apps can be created by anyone and are simply displaying information that's already stored publicly on the blockchain.
Secondary Buyer
Once a secondary buyer completes a purchase of a ticket on any PassageX Network marketplace, the primary ticketing company is notified to destroy the original barcode and issue a new one which is then delivered to the secondary buyer: guaranteed fraud free!

FansThe PassageX Network was created to protect fans, regardless of which ticketing platform they use. Ticket purchasers can confirm the validity of any ticket online or through SMS verification.
